Replacement policy
At Aarmr Sports, we stand behind the quality of our air guns and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you have received a defective product, we offer a replacement policy subject to the following conditions:
- The product must have been purchased directly from our official website. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not eligible for replacement.
- The customer must notify us of any defects or issues with the product within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The defect must not be a result of wear and tear or misuse.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue or defect.
- If requested by our customer service team, customers must provide photographic evidence of the defect before a replacement can be issued.
If the above conditions are met, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or a credit towards another product.
Please note that this replacement policy does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Accessories and manuals are not covered under this policy and are not eligible for replacement.
